I hope you love your Shazazz Jewellery purchase. Each piece is individually created or carefully selected, and I want you to be completely happy with your order.
Changed Your Mind?
If you purchase an item online and change your mind, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order to let me know that you wish to return it.
Once you have notified me, the item should be returned within 14 days.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, where possible. Please take reasonable care of the jewellery while it is in your possession.
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer. I recommend obtaining proof of postage when making a return.
Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be processed using your original payment method.
Personalised or Bespoke Jewellery
Jewellery that has been specifically made, altered or personalised to your individual requirements cannot normally be returned simply because you have changed your mind.
This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty or not as described.
Earrings
For hygiene reasons, earrings are supplied in clear, sealed packaging.
You are welcome to inspect the earrings through the packaging. If you change your mind, earrings may be returned in accordance with our standard returns policy provided the hygiene seal has not been broken or removed.
Once the hygiene seal has been broken, earrings cannot be returned for a change of mind for health and hygiene reasons.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the earrings are faulty, damaged or not as described.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Every Shazazz Jewellery piece is carefully checked before being sent to you.
However, if your jewellery arrives damaged, is faulty, or is not as described, please contact me as soon as possible and I will be happy to help put things right.
Where appropriate, I will arrange a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
One-of-a-Kind & Upcycled Jewellery
Many Shazazz Jewellery designs are created using a mixture of upcycled, pre-loved and new jewellery components.
Because some components have had a previous life, they may occasionally show small signs of their history. I believe this adds to the individuality and character of each piece rather than detracting from it.
Any significant marks, imperfections or characteristics will be described and/or shown in the product photographs wherever possible.
How to Make a Return
Please contact me before returning an item, quoting your name and order number.
I will then provide you with the return instructions and return address.
Please do not send an item back without contacting me first.
